Late night burgers are your thing? Don’t mind eating squeezed in between sweaty, smoking drunks? Then Betty Ford is your place. Happy bar staff serving some of Barcelona’s finest hamburgers, mixed with Barcelona’s hippest crowd always makes for a good start to a great night out. But be warned, get there too late and you’ll be left salivating over what could have been coz they regularly run out – just another sign how delicious their burger selection is.
I personally pick the classic over the rest but my friends swear by the Texas burger. I’ve never tried the others, there’s one with avocado and another with camembert and jam.
The hamburgers are served in a basket. As a side you can get french fries and the house’s own special fries dip.
Tip: Try the cucumber cocktail. Gingerlicious.
Betty Ford’s bar is towards the top of Joaquin Costa. You’ll see the door on the corner on the right if you’re walking up the street.
I love Betty Ford’s burgers and I love the cocktails and the vibe of the place.
