Bacoa’s burgers are cooked to perfection and served straight off the grill.

All ingredients are 100% natural, there’s an open kitchen with a barbeque grill and the bread is home made.

Bacoa is a small place, the interior is simple, sturdy and functional. There is not a lot of seating and at rush hour you may have to wait for about 30 minutes for your food. Each dish is prepared by the cook while you wait, even the hamburgers are patted into shape just before they go on the grill.

The menu has more to offer than just hamburgers and the prices are more than decent.

In my opinion, Bacoa serves the best hamburger in Barcelona. The place is not pretentious, the food is excellent and the staff is friendly. If you love burgers, I promise Bacoa will not disappoint you.

    Went there this afternoon… The burgers were great and generous but the meat wasn’t as tender as i expect it would be. The friendly staff was really busy thus it was quite a mess. To conclude, it is a great and nice place but not after 13h30 unless if you are ready to wait a certain time…

      I’m not sure, and I think the prices went up since I reviewed the place, quite some time ago.. But I think you can see the old prices on the picture I took.
